According to a source, they are no longer together, and their relationship “just ran its course.”

The insider also pointed out that although Rodriguez and Padgett don’t have any ill feelings toward each other, they’ve realized they’re “better as friends.”

Based on the information provided by an insider, “They are good friends — they are just each single. They broke up, but they are super tight. [So] it is all good.”

Over the summer, the couple was seen together at nightclubs and parties throughout Italy, Ibiza, Spain, and New York City. Still, they did not define their relationship publicly, claiming they were casually dating.

Padgett shared a photo of herself and Rodriguez on a yacht with friends in June, captioning, “Italian summer nights.”

Later that month, the two were seen again holding hands in New York City after partying with Machine Gun Kelly following his sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden.

Prior to their Italian date night, Padgett had been posting pictures on Instagram of herself and Rodriguez together for months before the yacht photo made headlines.

Padgett posed for several photos while sitting courtside at a Minnesota Timberwolves game in March, in which Rodriguez partially owns the team.

Padgett’s relationship with Rodriguez became more serious only a short time after he began spending time with Rodriguez and his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, including her daughters in Italy.

According to one source, “Cynthia and the girls are all with them. They are having a great time.”

Scurtis and Rodriguez are co-parents to two daughters, Natasha and Ella, who are both in their mid-teens. The two former spouses have a strong relationship and spend time together frequently.

According to his Instagram account, Rodriguez may have indirectly confirmed his new relationship status over the weekend as he wrote on his Instagram story, “Dinner for one…Yankees game.”
