According to TMZ, Cameron accused her ex-fiancé of jetting off to Las Vegas and starting a much-talked-about affair with supermodel Kendall Jenner right after their breakup. Furthermore, despite starting couples therapy, Griffin was accused of continuing his affair with Jenner. 

On 23 October 2017, Blake Griffin filed a petition to seek legal paternity for child support and custody rights of his two kids. Following this, Brynn Cameron filed a lawsuit against the NBA player on 14 February 2018.

In the lawsuit, Cameron demanded palimony and accused Griffin of abandoning her and their two children. Furthermore, as per TMZ Sports, the lawsuit contained the claims that Brynn Cameron had orally agreed in 2013 to quit her job to raise their kids and help Blake Griffin achieve a max NBA contract worth more than $170 million.
