Early Life
Corey Reynolds was born in Richmond, VA, and relocated to California to pursue his acting career. Reynolds is a proud Monacan High School alum.

Corey Reynolds made his acting debut at Paramount Kings Dominion in several productions. Additionally, he was chosen for the touring versions of the Broadway musicals “Smokey Joe’s Café” and “Saturday Night Fever.”
After that he relocated to New York City and joined the cast of the musical “Hairspray.” Playing the character of Seaweed J. Stubbs there gave him his big break, and he was nominated for both a Drama Desk Award and a Tony Award for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical.
