According to court documents, DeMario manipulated victims by claiming to know what he was doing to make them feel secure.

Following a few dates, the first woman claims to have met DeMario on a dating app. After allegedly becoming drunk in February 2018, she allowed him to spend the night with her.

According to her, she told Demario there wouldn’t be any sexual activity between them that night.

However, the victim claims he was persistent, allegedly pinning her to the bed and assaulting her sexually. As she recalls, she feared her life while experiencing the abuse.

In April 2019, DeMario allegedly met the second woman via social media, following up only rarely at first.

“Bachelor in Paradise” contestant asked her out a year later, inviting her to his house so he could remain anonymous.

Docs indicate that he forced her into sex, to which she consented but refused to stop, despite her requests.

DeMario is facing charges of false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress in addition to sexual assault. Additionally, the plaintiffs are seeking unspecified damages.

So far, DeMario has not responded to the allegations.
