Early life and childhood
Giannini was born in La Spezia and spent his childhood in Pitelli village. Moreover, Giannini and his family moved to Naples in 1952.
There he graduated from the Alessandro Volta Technological State Technical Institute with a diploma in electronic engineering. Similarly, he traveled to Rome as a teenager to study at the Silvio d’Amico Academy of Dramatic Arts.
