Kanye West returned to Instagram just days after Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson announced their breakup to celebrate the breakup of his ex-girlfriend and the standup comedian Pete Davidson by trolling him again while simultaneously teasing Kid Cudi along the way.
In his post, he presented a fabricated front page of The New York Times that was emblazoned with the headline, “Skete Davidson Dead at Age 28.” There was also a tiny frontage below that which read, “Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers.”
Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi, aka Kid Cudi, is Davidson’s close friend, and his friendship has ruffled Kanye’s feathers, especially since Davidson is the one who has angered Kanye in the first place.
At the Rolling Loud Miami concert, Cudi was forced to leave the stage midway through the show because the audience started throwing bottles at him as he was playing.
After West backed out of the festival lineup a few days prior, Cudi was the one to replace him on the lineup. However, it wasn’t until Lil Durk’s set that West showed up as a surprise guest and made an appearance.
The friendship between Kanye West and Kid Cudi took a turn in February when the Yeezy mogul announced that Cudi was not going to be a part of DONDA 2 since he is friends with Davidson. As a response, Cudi referred to West as a “dinosaur” and declared, “You ain’t no friend.”
The news broke on Friday that Pete and Kim had split up after nine months of dating. Apparently, the couple decided to remain good friends, even though they had split up.
