Morgan Harvey is an American food blogger who runs a popular blog called ‘I need some Mo.’ Morgan created the blog to share her love for the kitchen and to post easy and delicious recipes to the world.
Morgan Harvey is also one of the daughters of a famous comedian and TV show host Steve Harvey and his third wife, Marjorie Harvey. Although Steve Harvey is not Morgan’s biological father, he adopted her after he married her mother in 2007. Morgan Harvey’s biological father is the infamous drug kingpin named Jim Townsend.

Morgan Harvey childhood and education
Morgan Harvey was born on June 1, 1985, to Jim Townsend and Marjorie Harvey. Morgan was only seven years old when her biological father, Jim, was arrested for running a vast drug business in 1992. After the incident, Morgan’s mother, Marjorie, had divorced her father as the court sentenced him to life imprisonment due to his crimes.
After graduating from high school, Morgan completed her undergraduate degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. However, Morgan had been ardent about cooking at an early age, so she decided to follow her passion.
Morgan joined Culinary Institute of America, a famous institute in New York specializing in baking and pastry arts and education. She graduated from the institute in 2011 with a degree in Baking and Pastry.
