Brittany Snow files for divorce from her husband, Tyler Stanaland
Brittany Snow is ending her three years marriage with Tyler Stanaland. She officially filed for divorce in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County on Thursday, citing “irreconcilable differences.” as the reason for the breakup.
Additionally, the couple has a prenuptial agreement which will determine the spousal support and division of assets. Finally, Brittany has asked to split attorney’s fees among both.

Tyler and Brittany met through a mutual friend. They went to a Mexican restaurant in California for their first date in 2018.
They got engaged in 2019 and married in Malibu in March 2020. However, their romance fizzled out as fast as it started. In September 2022, they posted a statement on Instagram officially announcing their separation.
Snow wrote, “After time and consideration, Tyler and I have made the difficult decision to separate; this decision was made with love and mutual respect for one another. We have realized we need to take some time and make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives.”
“We started this journey as best friends and our relationship will continue to be a priority not only for us but for our dog Charlie,” the actress added. “We sincerely appreciate your support and ask for privacy as we navigate this new chapter.”
The trouble started when Stanaland revealed on Reality Life with Kate Casey podcast that Kayla Cardona tried to kiss him off-camera. Additionally, Brittany opposed having Stanaland on the show, and having their lives turned into a storyline was stressful. However, her husband was adamant because he wanted to make a name for himself on his own terms.
Also, on the same day of the separation announcement, Stanaland and Alex Hall were spotted having dinner with friends at SOTA Sushi in Corona Del Mar. Moreover, they both seemed more personal and touchy throughout the night. The photos obtained by TMZ show Tyler sniffing Hall.
After the party, a witness saw them strolling down the street together, according to the outlet.
