Doctor Who stars Jinkx Monsoon reveals what led to role in season 14

Speaking about his performance in the episodes filmed so far, Davies said, “Sometimes you know you’ve got a secret. And you hold it close to your chest and let it burn because secrets are so delicious.” He went on to describe watching Gatwa on set with Millie Gibson as “so good!” It seems like season 14 of Doctor Who is shaping up to be an exciting one for fans of the show.

As for Monsoon, this isn’t the first time she’s ventured into acting, having previously appeared in Netflix’s Tales of the City. However, the drag queen is perhaps best known for her performances on RuPaul’s Drag Race, where she was crowned the winner of season five.
