“A preview of my cameo in Fast X.
The first fast was released when I was one year old! I grew up on set watching my father, Vin, Jordana, Michelle, Chris and more on the monitors. Thanks to my dad, I was born into the fast family. I can’t believe now I get to be up there too. With those who have been around to see me grow up. Thank you @louisleterrierpro for your kindness, patience and support. It feels like you’ve been part of the family since we started, I’m happy it’s just the beginning. Special shoutout to my dad’s best friend who is now my best friend @bbirtell, this wouldn’t have been possible without you. I am so blessed to be able to honor my father’s legacy and share this with him forever x.
I love you all so much.”
The presence of Paul Walker, who tragically passed away in a car accident in 2013 at 40, has always been cherished in the “Fast” series.
After his untimely death, his brothers Caleb and Cody stepped in to complete his remaining scenes in “Furious 7,” providing a heartfelt farewell to his character, Brian O’Conner.
The subsequent films, “Fate of the Furious” and “F9: The Fast Saga,” have continued to pay tribute to Paul Walker, including his character through flashbacks.
In addition, the emotional connection to her father’s legacy strengthens with Meadow joining the cast.
Meadow Walker joins an impressive ensemble cast in “Fast X,” led by producer and star Vin Diesel, alongside franchise regulars Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, and Sung Kang.
In addition, the film introduces new faces, such as Jason Momoa as the villainous Dante Reyes, Brie Larson, Daniela Melchior, Alan Ritchson, and Rita Moreno, who plays the Torettos’ grandmother.
“Fast X” is set to hit theaters on May 19 and serves as the penultimate chapter in the long-running “Fast and Furious” franchise.
With the promise of an epic finale, the film aims to captivate audiences with its star-studded cast and Meadow Walker’s special appearance, ensuring that the legacy of Paul Walker lives on in the hearts of fans worldwide.
