Nicki Minaj files suit against ‘Nosey Heaux’ over the slur ‘Cokehead’

In legal documents, Nicki alleges that Marley Green, also known as “Nosey Heaux,” posted a video defaming her on Monday.

Green allegedly said Nicki is “shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose.

She continued, “But we all know it’s true. [So] f***-listen, I can’t even say allegedly with that ’cause I, we all know it’s true.”

In addition, Green mocked, “I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.”

Furthermore, Nicki claims Green also said “vile” things about Nicki’s 1-year-old son, referring to Nicki’s entire bloodline as disgusting. Apparently, Green said, “Your baby is going to be a rapist, too.”

The legal docs state Green as “nobody” and someone “whose main accomplishments in life have been a string of criminal charges, bail jumping, and bad debts.”

Despite this, her social media posts still gained some traction, and it’s possible people believe what she says.

The 39-years-old rapper’s lawyer, Judd Burstein, claims the “cokehead” video received around 2,000 likes and 250 retweets on Twitter.

Nicki claimed that “Nosey Heaux” defamed her by stating she did not use cocaine. She wants a jury to grant her no less than $75,000 in damages.

According to Burstein, “When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name ‘Nosey Heaux.'”

Continuing, “Because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment.”

He added, “Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate.”

Additionally, he said, “My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.”
