Earlier this month, Amber Heard’s attorneys claimed that Johnny Depp has erectile dysfunction.
In a March 28 filing, the actress’ lawyers contended that her ex-husband’s violent behavior might be related to the purported medical disorder.
According to the documents, “Though, Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition.” They added, “such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard.”
There has been no substantive change in Depp’s denial of Heard’s rape and violence allegations. Aquaman actor’s lawyers claimed Depp’s penile problem made him more likely to get agitated or angry in encounters with Amber, for which he would reach for a bottle.
During their 2015 defamation trial, Amber broke down in tears as she testified that Johnny Depp threatened her with a liquor bottle and raped her with it.
The 36-years-old actress expressed, choking back tears as she breathed heavily, “I didn’t know if the bottle he had inside me was broken. I couldn’t feel it. I couldn’t feel anything.”
Apparently, the incident occurred in Australia during the same fight that resulted in Depp losing a finger, allegedly from a vodka bottle thrown by Heard. The couple had only been married for a month.
Heard was interrogated by Depp’s attorney about the alleged sexual assault, for which she admitted not seeking medical attention. Amber said, “As I have always said, I don’t remember exactly what happened first or the sequence.”
