Post Malone posted an update to his fans, informing them that he was fine and explaining what caused him to eat it.

Rapper admits he forgot about the lower area for instruments when he walked around and fell right through it during the acoustic portion of his show. He claims he busted his ass.

PM apologizes for the short show and says he’ll make it to St. Louis later. Despite a hospital visit, he says the tour will continue.

Post Malone fell so badly onstage that medics had to help him off, and fans didn’t know whether to stay or leave.

The incident occurred halfway through his performance at St. Louis’ Enterprise Center on Saturday night when he was performing “Circles.”

As he walked down a ramp extending onto the arena floor, Post showed off his skills. Normally, it would have turned out fine, but there was a hole in the floor that he used to lower his guitar, and it hadn’t been covered.

He stepped in it and fell hard, sprawled on the ground. He was shaking his legs uncontrollably, according to an eyewitness. As he left the stage, medics flanked him.

Malone asked fans to give him a few minutes to gather himself, but clearly, everyone was concerned, and some doubted he’d even return.

He resurfaced 15 minutes later and sang “Rockstar” and “Cooped Up.” “Rockstar” fits because Post was determined to continue despite clearly being in pain. He was singing while clutching his ribs.

It wasn’t necessary to apologize, but Post thanked the crowd for hanging in there and said there was a “big-ass hole in the stage.” Post signed autographs after the show.

There’s no word on his condition, but his “Twelve Carat Tour” continues Sunday in Columbus.
