Early Life and Upbringing
Santa Fe Klan was born on November 29, 1999 as Ángel Jair Quezada Jasso. He was born in Santa Fe, Guanajuato, Guanajuato. His hometown inspired his stage name.

From a young age, Ángel Jair developed an interest in music. His parents encouraged him to follow his dreams of becoming a musician and often bought him musical instruments.

Career
Klan relocated from Guanajuato to Guadalajara as his hometown did not provide him with enough opportunities to grow his musical career. After moving to Guadalajara, Klan joined Alzada Records.
Alzada Records was a group that focused on promoting Mexican rap. Santa Fe Klan recorded many of his first songs with Alzada records. However, he left the group in 2020.
After leaving Alzada Records in 2020, Klan dropped a collaboration with Akwidand Neto Peña on the single “Gallo de Lucha.” In April 2021, he released his hit single “Grandes Ligas,” featuring Snoop Dogg and Lupillo Rivera.

Santa Fe collaborated with Caliber 50 and Beto Sierra “Cuidando el Territory” in August 2021. The single became an instant hit and generated millions of views on several digital sites and streaming platforms.
While most artists took a break from their musical careers during the COVID-19 pandemic, Klan used the time and learned how to play the Colombian accordion. In addition, he also experimented with the genre of cumbia.
Klan was already quite familiar with the genre since he had heard it frequently as a child from his parents and sonideros in his neighborhood.
As a result, Santa Fe Clan released the album, Santa Cumbia, produced by Toy Selectah and Camilo Lara of the Mexican Institute of Sound.
The trio spent almost a week recording the songs for Santa Cumbia. Even before releasing the album, Klan had already experimented with incorporating cumbia and rap. He experimented with the two genres in collaboration with Steve Aoki.

In 2017, Santa Fe released two studio albums named By Custom, and We continue to settle. Two years later, he released his third studio album, Blessed. Santa Fe Klan’s latest studio album Santa Cumbia was released in 2021.
Apart from this, the talented rapper has also worked on two collaborative albums. In 2020, he released Need with Lefty Sm. Gera MX and Santa Fe Klan collaborated on the album Partners I in 2022.
