Steven Michael Kazee was born on October 30, 1975. He lived with his parents in a trailer located in Ashland, Kentucky.
Steve is an only child. He went to Fairview High School. Moreover, he later got admission to study at Morehead State University.
In 2002, Steve moved to New York for further studies. He did Masters’ in Fine Arts in 2005 from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
